Lindy Lou cannot accept the return of physical items.

If you have a faulty item, please contact us with a photograph stating the item code. 

You will be asked to send the closing strap of the item (for umbrellas) in a small enevelope and given a fault number so a credit can be raised. 

Credit will not be given for goods without a fault number so please make sure you contact us first.

If you have items  delivered in error please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a pickup and replacements where necessary.
