If a courier or Fedex delivery is not collected by the customer then a return charge will be deducted from any refund,
Delivery Schedule We will dispatch orders within 48 hours, following reciept of payment (ex. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Delivery times are then as follows:-
We dispatch your order within 24 hours. You must inform us within seven working days if the good are lost or damges in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondance.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

An order can be left in a secure location (e.g. shed, outhouse or garage) on the instructions of the customer but this is done at the customer's own risk.

If a courier or Fedex delivery arrives damaged or crushed, please do not sign for it or sign for it only as damaged container, let us know within 24 hours, so we may arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item and return it to us.

The times stated are those promised by the delivery companies, occassionally delays occur outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once goods have left our warehouse. Standard delivery cannot be tracked. Special Delivery and Airmail have limited tracking. Courier and Fedex International services have full tracking. Back Orders We are unable to process back orders.
